Une vue du séminaire de formation.
Après une période d’hibernation due au gel des concours, l’Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) est en pleine restructuration pour un fonctionnement normal. Sous la houlette de sa nouvelle Directrice générale, la Dr Adèle Sabine Ilama Mombot épse Nguimbi, l’ENA organise une série de séminaires de formation dont la dernière en date a eu lieu, le samedi 10 février dernier, dans l’enceinte de l’établissement sis au PK 11.
Placée sous le thème de « Les compétences de la secrétaire et de l’assistant », cette rencontre a consisté à renforcer les capacités du personnel de l’ENA. C’est donc une vingtaine de secrétaires et d’assistants qui a été entretenue sur les missions dévolues à leurs fonctions. Le but étant de permettre l’acquisition de nouvelles aptitudes nécessaires à la réalisation des tâches de chaque travailleur, ce, pour parvenir à un meilleur savoir-faire et à un meilleur rendement.
« Je suis venue à l’ENA, aujourd’hui, sous l’invitation de Madame la Directrice générale pour entretenir les secrétaires et les assistants de son institution sur les compétences de la secrétaire et de l’assistant. Je leur ai expliqué que les fonctions du secrétariat, quel que soit l’endroit où elles sont exercées, comportent trois blocs comprenant des compétences qu’il convient de maitriser pour prétendre vers la professionnalité », a indiqué Marie Zoé Mfoumou, formatrice, Maitre-Assistante CAMES.
Du fait de la qualité des enseignements, les séminaristes ont manifesté leur reconnaissance envers les initiateurs. « Dans le cadre de ce séminaire de renforcement des capacités, les enseignements ont été bénéfiques. Notre formatrice a été très explicite. Nous avons beaucoup appris surtout sur le comportement à adopter en milieu professionnel. Par ailleurs, elle a beaucoup insisté sur les relations humaines. Nous remercions Madame la Directrice générale pour cette initiative et souhaitons qu’elle se pérennise », s’est satisfait Junior Nicaise Memioghe, l’un des participants à ce séminaire de formation.
Déterminée à œuvrer pour restaurer son institution par la formation de ses agents, la Directrice générale de l’ENA, Dr Adèle Sabine Ilama Mombot épse Nguimbi a, quant à elle, relevé que : « Dans sa mission première de formation, les plus hautes autorités du pays ont pris la décision de restaurer l’ENA. Dans le cadre du transitum, nous avons jugé opportun d’organiser ce séminaire de formation pour un renforcement des capacités de nos agents. Il faut signaler que la restauration des institutions passe par la transformation des agents qui les animent. Cette transformation passe par la formation continue et le renforcement des capacités des agents, ce, pour ainsi être en accord avec la vision du Président de la Transition, Président de la République, le Général Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema ».
Le premier responsable de l’ENA a, en outre, annoncé que cette série de formation va s’étendre jusqu’ à l’intérieur du pays.
