Le petit Owen a disparu depuis le 06 septembre 2020.
Yvon Ombimba, père du jeune Owen Ladislas Ombimba, 13 ans, disparu depuis le 6 septembre, ne veut pas croire à la mort de son fils par noyade. Selon le père d’Owen, les éléments présentés par les enquêteurs et la justice ne sont pas convaincants, et ce dernier pense plutôt à un enlèvement.
L’adolescent de 13 ans, dont le corps n’a pas été retrouvé, est présumé noyé au Cap-Lopez à Port-Gentil. Owen y avait été emmené dimanche 6 septembre par une voisine de sa mère pour une fête d’anniversaire. La mère ne savait pas que la fête se déroulait à la plage, où elle n’aurait jamais laissé partir son enfant. Yvon Ombimba a donc porté plainte le 9 septembre contre cette voisine, Amandine Nyanga. Il continue les démarches auprès des enquêteurs et de la justice avec l’aide d’un avocat.
Récit :
“Moi, je ne parle pas de “noyade” mais plutôt de disparition. La noyade est une fausse piste. Et sur dix personnes interrogées, et présentes à la fête, un enfant seulement dit qu’il a pu voir mon fils se noyer. J’ajoute que les témoins sont les invités de la fameuse voisine, Amadine Nyanga. Personne de ma famille ou de celle de la mère ne connaît ces invités… sauf Amandine Nyanga. Le problème est ailleurs, d'où la poursuite de l'enquête. Le 9 septembre, j’ai donc porté plainte contre cette dame.
(Amandine Nyanga a été entendue par les enquêteurs, mais les parents d’Owen n’ont jamais pu lui parler à nouveau depuis la disparition de leur fils. Il n’y a pas eu de confrontation devant la justice entre elle et la famille d’Owen. Amandine Nyanga n’habite plus dans le même quartier que la mère de l’enfant, ndlr).
“Nous avons été écartés des recherches”
Les enquêtes judiciaires se sont poursuivies. La mère et moi avons été écartés dans les recherches. C’était un peu gênant pour nous. Quelques semaines après le début de ces recherches, nous nous sommes retrouvés devant le substitut du procureur. Nous sommes restés un peu vides devant les éléments fournis. Et on a dû répondre à des questions au substitut du procureur. L’un des commandants de la brigade nautique nous a dit que nous avions été écartés parce que nous sommes éplorés, et qu’il n’était donc pas bien pour nous d’être dans les recherches.

Par la suite on nous a envoyé vers le juge d’instruction. Je n’ai pas reconnu les faits annoncés par le substitut du procureur. Car pour moi il y a un vide juridique: nous n’étions pas là pendant toute l’enquête. De même, le chef de service en charge de la brigade nautique n’a pas envoyé des éléments dans le dossier au tribunal. A chaque fois que je viens dans un bureau: on me dit “nos condoléances”, mais nous n’avons pas retrouvé le corps ! Pourquoi veulent-ils nous faire admettre qu’Owen est mort? On nous cache des choses à ce bureau.
“Nous ne demandons que la vérité et de retrouver notre enfant”
Nous espérons la vérité. Nous avons aussi pris un avocat. L'enquête se poursuit, et elle peut durer un an selon les dires du substitut du procureur. Je dois préciser que je n’ai aucun problème avec les différentes personnes appartenant aux administrations qui sont intervenues à ce jour, nous ne demandons que la vérité et de retrouver notre enfant.
Owen à ete enlevé par Amandine Nyanga BOUBALA épouse MAGAFOU. Le commissaire qui a fait l'enquête était aussi invité à ce fameux anniversaire, alors comment voulez-vous que les choses avance puis que tous sont complice avec Amandine.
