Lors de cette rencontre, les représentants des organisations patronales ont tenu à interpeller l’actuel ministre des PME, Patricia Njapano, sur les difficultés qu’elles rencontrent dans l’accès aux marchés publics alors que les instructions données par le président de la Transition visaient à privilégier les PME Gabonaises dans l’octroi des marchés publics.
« Il y a bientôt un mois, madame le ministre des PME avait reçu, pour échanger, les responsables des organisations patronales. Lors de ces échanges il a été question de recevoir chaque structure en fonction de ses préoccupations. Un mois après cette rencontre nous sommes toujours dans l'attente de cette rencontre pour pouvoir permettre à certains d'entre nous de trouver des solutions aux problèmes qui constituent des points bloquants de l'évolution ou du redémarrage de leurs activités » dénoncent les opérateurs.
Et de poursuivre ; « depuis des années certains d'entre nous n'avons plus jamais émis une facture de prestation quelque part. Madame le ministre des PME au lieu de s'enfermer dans des procédures contraignantes qui donnent l'impression de faire preuve de négligence, aurait pu faire asseoir chacun des acteurs, mettre en place des commissions pour faire bouger les lignes très rapidement. »
