Le corps sans vie de Guy Martial Nzambé.
La scène du drame était effroyable. Le jeudi 14 décembre 2023, un corps sans vie et en état de décomposition avancée a été découvert au village Ekémbélé, une bourgade située à une cinquantaine de kilomètres de Mimongo le chef-lieu du département de l'Ogoulou. La victime, un jeune homme de 36 ans, Guy Martial Nzambé, dont la dépouille a été retrouvée derrière les habitations à environ 500 mètres de son domicile, le fusil à côté, le crâne éclaté d'une balle. Un drame qui alimente les conversations au regard des zones d'ombres qui entourent ce suicide.
Qu'est-ce qui sest réellement passé pour que le trentenaire puisse se donner la mort? Les populations du petit village s'interrogent.
Selon une source proche de la famille, Guy Martial Nzambé était un orpailleur exerçant dans ce village dont il est natif. Quelques jours avant le drame, le defunt s'est rendu à Mouila, voir sa femme et ses enfants qui y habitent. Mais là-bas, le père de famille n'aurait signalé à sa femme sa présence dans la ville que le lendemain, donc le matin à 6h. Il va indiquer à cette dernière qu'il aurait passé la nuit devant la porte de la maison dans laquelle se trouvaient ses enfants et sa femme sans pour autant indiquer la raison pour laquelle il n'avait pas toquer pour qu'on lui ouvre la porte.
Un argument qui va susciter quelques interrogations chez la jeune femme. Laquelle aurait d’ailleurs indiqué n'avoir pas reconnu l'attitude de son mari ce jour-là. « Je l'ai trouvé très étrange, ses yeux étaient complètement rouges et sortis des orbites. Il avait complètement changé d'attitude », aurait déclaré la femme à sa belle-famille.
Après s'être justifié, Guy Martial Nzambé avait remis un peu de sous à sa femme pour la popote et le goûté des enfants avant de regagner Ekémbélé où il devrait reprendre son activité d'orpaillage. Arrivé à Ekémbélé, le dimanche 10 décembre dernier, il aurait fait le tour de ses frères et sœurs à qui il aurait demandé la somme de 5000 Fcfa. « Il a demandé 5000 Fcfa à sa grande sœur qui a indiqué qu'elle était sans sous. Il s'est également raproché de son frère qui a également répondu la même chose. Mais Guy Martial a insisté pour que ce dernier lui donne au moins 500 Fcfa ou ne serait-ce qu'une pièce de 100 Fcfa sans indiquer à quoi devrait servir cette pièce. Il s'est mis devant sa porte. Tout pensif, il a commencé à pleurer en disant qu'il est foutu. Tout le village n'a rien compris de son attitude très étrange », relate un ressortissant d'Ekémbélé, contacté par la rédaction de Top Infos Gabon.
La même source poursuit : « Il ne s'est pas arrêté là. Il est allé prendre un bain à la rivière et s'est bien habillé. Il a pris ses affaires en disant qu'il allait au campement ».
"Arrivé au campement, Guy Martial va se donner la mort le dimanche dans la nuit. Cette nuit là personne n'a indiqué avoir entendu le bruit d'un coup de fusil. Certainement que le bruit de la détonation avait été étouffé par la grande pluie qui s'était abattue dans la localité cette." explique un autre habitant.
Après plusieurs jours de recherches, c'est finalement le jeudi dernier que le corps de Martial a été retrouvé derrière les habitations dans un état de décomposition avancée. Il a été inhumé le même jour. Cependant, pour des nécessités d'enquête, le père et quelques proches du défunt ont été gardé à vue à la gendarmerie de Mimongo. Une situation qui suscite les spéculations dans le département.
