Sauf que le liquidateur ne détenait aucun document attestant de la véracité des fameuses instructions de l’ancien Coordonnateur général des affaires présidentielles, dont l'ingérence dans cette liquidation ne se justifiait nullement.
Autre fait incongru, malgré l'insistance du collectif pour la tenue d'une séance de travail avec les inspecteurs du travail, afin de s'assurer du mode de calcul de leurs droits, le liquidateur n'avait jamais accédé à cette demande. Conséquence, la gestion de la liquidation de l'ex-Haute Autorité par sieur Onkeya a connu une sorte d'omerta sur certaines informations qui, si elles avaient été mises à la disposition du collectif, auraient permis le paiement dans les normes des droits légaux à ces compatriotes.
Se sentant donc floués, les intéressés se sont, de nouveau, constitués en collectif pour réclamer un nouveau calcul de leurs droits légaux, lequel calcul intégrera le préjudice causé par la faute du comité de liquidation qui aura donc fait montre de légèreté dans le traitement du dossier de liquidation de l'ex-Haute Autorité.
