Quelques membres du collectif des occupants des logements Les Bougainvilliers
La situation est qualifiée de scandaleuse au regard du danger auquel sont exposés les occupants des logements de la résidence Les Bougainvilliers situés à Angondjé dans la commune d’Akanda au Nord de Libreville.
Il s’agit, entre autres, de la dégradation prématurée des bâtiments dont la présence des fissures laisse craindre des effondrements. Il y a également le fait que les logements sont constamment inondés par les eaux souterraines. Une situation qui interroge sur la qualité des travaux entrepris par la Caisse de dépôt et de consignation (CDC), entité promotrice desdits logements.
« Nous y habitons depuis 5 ans. Au départ ils nous ont fait comprendre que les logements devaient être de haut standing et que la CDC devait également construire les airs de jeux. Mais tout ceci n'était qu' un tissu de mensonges puisqu’ils n’ont pas pu tenir toutes leurs promesses. C’est inacceptable ! », dénonce le collectif qui a organisé une conférence de presse le samedi 24 février 2024 pour attirer l’attention des plus hautes autorités du pays et prévenir contre toute éventualité.
« Il est à préciser que ces appartements mis en location-vente étaient à leur livraison qualifiés d’appartements haut standing. Leurs coûts d’acquisition mensuel, variaient entre 385 000 FCFA à 671 000 FCFA, charge locatives comprises, soit 69 300 000 FCFA à 120 780 000 F CFA. La durée du contrat de location-vente est de 15 ans », a indiqué Prisca Moussounda, porte-parole du collectif qui a par ailleurs dénoncé la mauvaise qualité de l’eau que la CDC met à la disposition des habitants depuis 5 ans et qui contient du cadmium à l’origine de certaines maladies détectées chez certains enfants de ladite cité. Une eau qui est impropre à la consommation selon un rapport d'analyse de la société d’eau et d’Energie du Gabon (SEEG).
Pour une solution à l’amiable, le collectif invite la CDC à revoir les coûts des appartements en plus d’indemniser tous les occupants.
