L’actuel ministre de la Communication, Laurence Ndong accusée de jouer la montre sur ce dossier.
Le 11 décembre 2023, le Comité pour la transition et la restauration des institutions (CTRI) a, à travers un communiqué, annoncé la mise à disposition des médias publics de 500 postes budgétaires. Cette décision prise par le Chef de l’Etat, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema visait à mettre fin à la précarité dans laquelle plusieurs agents sont plongés dans les médias de service public en plus de renforcer les effectifs.
La nouvelle avait été accueillie avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme dans le secteur d’autant que plusieurs agents qui exercent aussi bien à Gabon Télévision, Radio Gabon, Gabon Matin qu’au sein des stations provinciales n’ont toujours pas de postes budgétaires et ne vivent que des primes payées sur les fonds propres des médias.
Sauf que deux mois et deux semaines après la prise de cette décision salutaire, les agents des médias publics ne voient rien venir. L’actuel ministre de la Communication, Laurence Ndong, n’a toujours pas pris les dispositions nécessaires pour procéder à l’intégration des agents concernés. Une situation incompréhensible qui suscite, à juste titre, des suspicions. Certaines voix accusent, sous cap, la ministre de vouloir procéder à des intégrations progressives tout en ne priorisant pas les agents qui sont déjà employés par les médias publics.
« Personne ne comprend la lenteur prise par le ministre de la Communication sur ce dossier. Les agents n’en peuvent plus de vivre qu’avec des petites primes alors qu’ils sont de manière permanente dépêchés sur le terrain. D’autres présentent même le journal télévisé alors qu’ils son plongés dans une situation sociales précaire », fustige le responsable d’un média public qui a requis l’anonymat. « Madame le ministre est-elle dans une démarche visant à saboter l’action du président de la Transition ?
