Un constat qui laisse penser que le gouvernement pourrait effacer de la carte la société Trans-urb.
Charges de plus en plus insoutenables
« Les difficultés qu’éprouvent les agents de Trans-Urb sont nombreuses. Le retard dans le paiement des salaires, les agents en CDD d’un ou de 3 mois et, ce, depuis la création de l’entreprise en 2020. Le traitement des superviseurs envers les agents de Trans-Urb laisse à désirer et la sécurité des agents n’est pas prise en compte, vu que bon nombre de chauffeurs ou de contrôleurs ont été agressés et on a même eu un cas de viol d’une des nôtres », a indiqué un agent.
