Plus rien ne va dans la société de Télécommunication aux mains des Marocains. Outre la grève temporaire des travailleurs, la direction de Moov Africa Gabon Télécom fait désormais face à la colère des agents embauchés. Ces derniers dénoncent le mépris des patrons de la boîte.
C’est désormais le bras de fer entre le personnel de Moov Africa Gabon Télécom et la direction générale de cette entité. Invitée à ouvrir un cadre de dialogue, afin de trouver des solutions aux préoccupations posées par les agents, la direction générale de l’entreprise a décidé d’ignorer, ouvertement, les récriminations du personnel. Il n’en fallait pas plus pour provoquer la colère des agents qui ont décidé, lors d’un sit-in, de dénoncer cette attitude qui frise le mépris et l’insulte.
D’autant que les revendications posées sur la table par le personnel concernent l’amélioration du traitement des agents qui ont fait de Moov Africa Gabon Télécom le leader dans le secteur de la téléphonie mobile au Gabon. Les Marocains n’en ont, semble-t-il, rien à cirer. Du coup, la question de l’harmonisation des grilles de salaires et l’amélioration des conditions de départ à la retraite n’ont trouvé, à ce jour, aucune réponse.
« Nous demandons aussi le respect de la dignité du travailleur gabonais », dénoncent les agents de la boîte réunis au sein du Synatel. « Cette situation met en évidence la nécessité d’une réflexion plus profonde sur les relations de travail au sein de l’entreprise de télécommunication. Les Gabonais demandent non seulement l’amélioration de leurs conditions de vie et de travail, mais également le respect de la dignité auxquels ils ont droit, en tant que contributeurs de l’entreprise », poursuivent-ils.
Certaines confédérations syndicales à l’image de la Fédération des travailleurs gabonais ont décidé de voler au secours des agents martyrisés par une direction qui a longtemps profité du laxisme des autorités. Cette fédération a, dans une déclaration, appelé le ministre du Travail à ouvrir une enquête approfondie sur les possibles conflits d’intérêts associés aux contrats de prestations de Moov Africa Gabon Télécom pour garantir la transparence et la légalité des contrats liés aux prestations.
Car, estime la Fédération des travailleurs gabonais, « les indélicats doivent rendre des comptes de leurs actes et il est impératif que des mesures significatives soient prises pour éradiquer les conflits d’intérêts et instaurer une gouvernance exemplaire dans le secteur des télécommunications ».
