Pour anticiper progressivement les futurs départs à la retraite et garantir la relève, la société d’exploitation du Transgabonais a conçu un programme d’intégration et de développement appelé « Jeunes Talents », lequel tient compte des cursus de formation ferroviaire. Une vision qui cadre parfaitement avec celle du gouvernement de la Transition.
La salle de réunion du siège du Pole National de la Promotion de l’Emploi (PNPE) a servi de cadre à la remise des attestations à l’atelier « Soft Skills » en faveurs de 15 candidats retenus dans le cadre du programme « Jeunes Talents » initié par la Setrag.
Mais avant cette étape cruciale pour le devenir des heureux bénéficiaires, une formation de mieux être leur a été dispensée par le PNPE. Ce, pour faciliter leur intégration en milieu professionnel.
Selon la formatrice, Pulchérie Andeme Minko, cheffe d’équipe professionnelle d’insertion, la formation dispensée par le PNPE « vise à initier aux jeunes talents des comportements appropriés qu’ils doivent adopter au sein de l’entreprise ». Les jeunes candidats se disent tout aussi satisfaits par cette formation : « La formation dispensée constitue une manne de connaissances qui ne s’acquiert pas dans le monde académique », par Lucas Koumbi Boussamba.
Une satisfaction partagée par Lydie Cyrielle Engo qui a relevé quant à elle que « le savoir technique ne fait pas tout. Pour être mieux outillé en entreprise, il faut avoir un esprit de créativité, de critique, de communication et de collaboration ».
Ces compatriotes âgés de 27ans au plus et détenteurs d’un Master entre 2020 et 2023 dans les domaines de formation d’ingénieurs Génie Civil, Géotechnicien, Ingénieur mécanique, Droit, Gestion Comptable et Financière, Commerce international, Achats, Logistique et Transport, Finance /Comptabilité, Ingénieur électricien, HSE et Informatique et Projet ont été sélectionnés à l’issue d’un appel d’offre lancé en juillet 2023.
Lequel appel d’offre a recueilli 3781 curriculums vitae dépouillés et dont l’examen a donné les résultats ci-après : 171 candidats ont été reçus en entretien, 198 ont effectué des tests pratiques, avant que 43 d’entre eux ne soient retenus à l’issue des tests pratiques pour que la Setrag ne retienne au final que 16. Sur les 16, un candidat est resté injoignable et serait déjà en contrat de travail à Port Gentil au moment de la remise des attestations.
C’est donc le ministre du Travail et la Lutte contre le chômage, Adrien Nguema Mba qui a présidé la cérémonie de remise des attestations aux heureux récipiendaires. Dans son allocution de circonstance, le membre du gouvernement a salué la programme « Jeunes Talents » de la Setrag qui confirme « son engagement de société citoyenne œuvrant dans l’amélioration de l’employabilité des jeunes compatriotes (…) et qui, « depuis l’institution du Contrat d’Apprentissage Jeunesse en abrégé CAJ, jusqu’au Programme d’Accompagnement à l’Emploi en abrégé PAE, s’est toujours distinguée par le nombre des jeunes insérés en stage et surtout par le taux de convertibilité en contrat de travail CDD-CDI desdits stages ».
Le membre du gouvernement qui intervenait devant le Secrétaire Général de la Setrag, Jérôme Cantiant, le directeur général du PNPE,les sociétés partenaires et les impétrants a clos son propos par une invite aux autres entreprises installées sur le territoire national à faire confiance au PNPE pour leurs recrutements massifs. Mais avant lui, le Secrétaire général de la Setrag s’est dit fier « d’accueillir des jeunes talents qui vont apprendre, travailler et agir avec la Setrag pour assurer la relève au sein de l’entreprise. C’est important pour nous, pour eux et pour le Gabon ».
Selon des statistiques, la Setrag est engagée dans les dispositifs du PNPE depuis novembre 2016 et a accueilli 115 jeunes apprentis en 2017. Aujourd’hui, ils sont 150 à faire leurs armes au sein de l’entreprise.
