Le siège de la société Gabon Autosur à Oloumi ( Libreville).
En juin 2022 deux organisations exerçant dans la sécurité routière initient des plaintes contre la société française Gabon Autosur. La confédération générale des petites et moyennes entreprises et industries (CGPMEI) que dirige Emmanuel Marcos Zué Méyé Eyéné et la FESYTRAG conduite par Serge Bertrand Beckalé accusent l’entreprise spécialisée dans les contrôles techniques des véhicules de délivrer des visites techniques de complaisance et d’avoir fait volontairement disparaître le fichier numérique des anciennes immatriculations.
Toutes les deux procédures seront confiées à la brigade spéciale de police judiciaire (BSPJ) qui ouvrira aussitôt des enquêtes. Une descente des gendarmes de la BSPJ au centre de contrôle technique de Gabon Autosur à Owendo permettra de mettre la main sur les responsables de cette entreprise. Ces derniers, expliquent les plaignants, ont été saisi en « flagrant délit d'établissement des visites techniques frauduleuses. »

Interpellés et auditionnés, le sieur Yann Boumah et Laura Tripodi administratrice générale de Gabon Autosur, finiront par avouer leur forfait. Dans la procédure relative aux immatriculations disparues, les mis en cause se retrouveront dans une posture inconfortable, car il sera également constaté le flagrant délit d'une obstruction du fonctionnement des systèmes informatisés des données.
N'ayant aucun argument de défense face à toutes ses actes de violation de la loi, les deux responsables de cette entreprise vont tout simplement prendre la poudre d'escampette en allant se réfugier en France, le temps pour leurs relations d'éteindre l'incendie judiciaire allumé par la CGPMEI et FESYTRAG.
Le jeu trouble de la justice gabonaise
Seulement voilà, alors que tous les éléments de preuves contre la société sont exposés au sein du dossier, les deux entités plaignantes vont constater que le tribunal de Libreville ne donne plus de suite à cette affaire.
Pire, d’après les deux organisations, des personnalités au Palais du bord de mer auraient exercé des pressions sur les magistrats et sur les enquêteurs en charge du dossier pour étouffer les procédures. Ce qui explique qu’en dépit de plusieurs convocations, les responsables de Gabon Autosur ne prendront même pas la peine de se présenter, fustige Emmanuel Marcos Zué Méyé Eyéné.
Le retournement de la situation
Le président de la CGPMEI sera, par ailleurs, surpris de découvrir que Gabon Autosur est passée à l’offensive en engageant contre lui des poursuites judiciaires. La première sera directement introduite à la police judiciaire et la seconde au parquet de Libreville. Curieusement les procédures initiées par l'administrateur général adjoint de Gabon Autosur, sieur Yann Boumah vont prospérer, pendant que celles de la CGPMEI et la FESYTRAG piétinent.
Selon certaines sources au sein de Gabon Autosur, tout un stratagème aurait été mis en place pour réduire au silence le président de la CGPMEI dont les dénonciations contre la société française mettent en mal les intérêts de plusieurs lobbies.
