La justice gabonaise n'a jamais voulu marquer de manière positive les annales de l'histoire. Elle s'est toujours montrée laxiste envers les auteurs et commanditaires des assassinats avec prélèvement d'organes. Le plus souvent, après avoir commis leurs crimes, les assassins sont interpellés, puis libérés après une courte période passée derrière les barreaux. Les plus favorisés sont, les commanditaires présumés, qui n'ont jamais été inquiétés, même lorsqu'ils sont nommément cités dans les différents dossiers en instruction.
Sur l'interminable liste des victimes, y figurent le jeune Dorlan Evouna Ondo, élèves en classe de terminale au lycée de Booué, le chef départemental de la Lopé, porté-disparu le 1er mais 2015. Etienne Mamadou Koualy Bandjé, âgé de 55 ans, disparu le 25 décembre 2015 au village la Songue, non loin de Sindara dans le département de Tsamba Magotsi et le vieux Charles Nzenguet, 78 ans porté-disparu dans une forêt proche de Mouila, chef lieu provinciale de la Ngounié.
Dorlan Evouna Ondo, n'a plus jamais été revu par les siens depuis le premier mai 2015.
Ce jour-là, il s'était rendu avec ses amis au fleuve Ogooué pour une baignade. Mais à peine arrivé sur le lieu de la baignade, le jeune garçon avait disparu. Ses camarades qui avaient pensé qu'il avait rebroussé chemin, s'étaient tout de même étonnés du long silence. Des recherches menées conjointement par la gendarmerie de la localité et les membres de la famille n'avaient aboutit à rien. Un an plus tard, les proches du défunt ont même organisé les obsèques de leur fils. Pour le repos de son âme, une messe de requiem avait été organisée le 1er mai 2016 à l'église des Rois-mages d'Akébé à Libreville. Ses camarades de classe, suspectés d'être à l'origine de la disparition du jeune avaient été libérés quelques semaines après.
Etienne Mamadou Koualy Bandjé, 55 ans avait quitté son domicile à l'absence de sa femme qui se trouvait à une cérémonie, le 25 décembre 2015 à 6h au village Lasongue, a trois kilomètres de Sindara. En rentrant à 7h, son épouse ne l'avait plus trouvé. Constatant qu'il ne rentrait pas, elle a commencé à s'en inquiéter. Les dernières personnes à l'avoir vu avaient témoigné l'avoir aperçu sur le chemin qui mène en forêt. Tout comme le cas de Dorlan, les recherches n’ont donné aucun résultat. La gendarmerie qui avait promis mener l'enquête jusqu'à son terme n'a jamais donné une suite à cette affaire.
Le sort de ces deux premières victimes est le même que celui du vieux Charles Nzenguet, 70 ans, disparu dans une forêt à Mouila. Le 1er avril 2016, le septuagénaire décide de se rendre au campement chercher une hache, qu'il devrait apporter le lendemain à Mimongo dans le département de l'Ogoulou, pour ses travaux champêtres. Mais le septuagénaire n'est jamais arrivé au campement, selon nos informations.
Le jour de sa disparition, alors que Charles Nzenguet s'apprêtait à se rendre au campement, son neveu Joseph Mbaka, va lui demander de ne pas s'y rendre à une heure aussi tardive << toi tu pars en forêt à cette heure, lorsque les bandits vont t'attraper tu vas faire comment ?>>. Ces propos avaient valu à son auteur d’être les premiers soupçons sur la disparition du septuagénaire. C'est encore lui qui viendra faire constater la disparition de son Oncle. Or, les membres de la famille croyaient qu'ils avaient tous passé la nuit ensemble au campement. Le procureur de la République et les officiers de police judiciaire ont effectué le déplacement pour le campement. Mais au cours de leur expédition, ils n'ont vu aucune trace du porté disparu. Joseph Mbaka et d'autres suspects ont été interpellés. Resté seul en prison après la libération de ses présumés complices, Joseph Mbaka lui aussi va être libéré en 2018 pour des raisons de santé. Comme tous les dossiers restés sans suite, la disparition du vieux Nzenguet semble avoir été classée.
