La situation financière de l’entreprise est désastreuse à telle enseigne que la nouvelle direction générale pilotée par Didier Koukoua vient de prendre la décision de se séparer de plusieurs agents. On parle de 90 agents qui ne verront pas leurs contrats à durée déterminée (CDD) être renouvelés d’ici le début du mois de juillet. La direction générale compte aussi procéder à plusieurs restrictions financières sur d’autres postes comme le transport du personnel. Les chauffeurs de l’entreprise viennent d’être licenciés pour là, aussi, alléger la masse salariale et sauver ce qui reste de l’entreprise spécialisée dans l’assistance aéroportuaire.
Comment en est-on arrivée là ? Le journal La Cigale Enchantée dans sa livraison du lundi 29 mai dernier, évoquait des malversations financières et une gestion scabreuse de l’entreprise. Olivier Berni, l’ex directeur général de HPG est présenté comme le principal responsable de ce chaos. Est-ce la raison de son départ précipité du Gabon ?
Le concerné affirme le contraire en évoquant des problèmes de santé et une intervention chirurgicale qui ne pouvait avoir lieu au Gabon. N’empêche cela ne le dédouane en rien de ce gouffre. Aux dernières nouvelles, l’actuelle direction générale a diligenté un audit financier afin d’établir la responsabilité des uns et des autres dans ce marasme.
Désormais, au chaud dans son pays d’origine, Olivier Berni se défend des accusations de malversations financières. En réponse aux exigences d’Akim Daouda qui n’a cessé de demander son limogeage, Berni assure dans un courrier en date du 05 avril dernier, d’avoir trouvé la situation en l’état. Non sans rappeler aux actionnaires de HPG que deux audits ont été réalisés entre 2021 et 2022 par R-Logistic et Ernst & Young Gabon qui ont, notamment, abouti au licenciement du Directeur des ressources humaines de l’entreprise.
Il n’en fallait pas plus pour provoquer la colère de l’ex-Directeur des ressources humaines. Lequel va faire parvenir à nos confrères de Gabonreview une réponse qui en dit long sur la responsabilité de Berni dans le marasme à HPG : « Pour votre information, les déclarations supposées de « Berni » au sujet du DRH sont d’une maladresse remarquable. L’éthique voudrait, en effet, qu’à un certain niveau de responsabilité de tels propos ne puissent servir pour assurer sa propre défense, lorsque l’on a été incapable de répondre, professionnellement et moralement, à son cahier des charges ».
Et ce dernier de poursuivre : « Pour rappel, en temps normal, le DRH ne dirige pas l’entreprise, il se met à la disposition du DG et l’assiste dans les compétences relevant de son champ d’action. Il conseille sur les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines légales et réglementaires, pourvu que le DG l’écoute. Mais lorsque vous avez affaire à un chef qui déclare à qui veut l’entendre tout savoir sur la gestion d’une entreprise et se passe volontiers des conseils de ses collaborateurs les plus immédiats, il ne faut pas s’étonner du résultat à la fin… Il suffira alors d’observer la courbe de l’évolution de la masse salariale et des litiges avec le personnel pour s’en convaincre…
