Olam Palm et Olam Rubber Gabon ont participé à la 2ᵉ édition du forum « Inspirer les Jeunes Talents », organisé à Libreville par l’UIL-BJ Junior Entreprise. Ce rendez-vous devenu incontournable a rassemblé de nombreux jeunes, professionnels, entrepreneurs et institutions autour des enjeux d’employabilité, d’entrepreneuriat et d’égalité des chances.
Représentant la direction générale d’Olam, Cyrille Ondzigui et Tatiana Eboua (également présidente du réseau des femmes d’Olam) ont activement pris part aux panels. L’un est intervenu sur les obstacles à l’insertion professionnelle, tandis que l’autre a mis en lumière le rôle des femmes dans l’industrie et les sciences. Tous deux ont partagé les engagements concrets d’Olam en faveur des jeunes talents gabonais.
Avec plus de 10 000 emplois directs et indirects générés au Gabon, Olam est l’un des plus grands employeurs du pays, actif dans une diversité de secteurs : agriculture, industrie, logistique, environnement, santé, etc. L’entreprise inscrit son action dans une démarche sociétale forte, portée par une stratégie RSE structurée autour de l’éducation, la santé, la préservation de l’environnement et l’autonomisation économique des communautés rurales.
Depuis 2021, Olam a établi un partenariat avec le Programme National de Promotion de l’Emploi (PNPE), facilitant le recrutement de jeunes Gabonais. À ce jour, plus de 1 000 jeunes ont ainsi été insérés au sein des opérations de l’entreprise.
En parallèle, un partenariat stratégique a été mis en place avec des institutions académiques, notamment l’Université Berthe et Jean, pour encourager l’insertion des jeunes diplômés via des stages, des formations pratiques et des opportunités concrètes de carrière.
Ce forum a permis à Olam de :
• Dialoguer avec une jeunesse ambitieuse et engagée
• Mettre en lumière ses actions concrètes pour l’emploi local
• Réaffirmer son engagement en faveur d’une nouvelle génération de talents gabonais
