Mme Liliane Robacky élue Présidente de la Ligue de Football de l'Ogooué Maritime.
Au-delà du débat des textes posé par ses adversaires sur le respect des procédures et les réserves émises à la commission électorale par Dieu-donné Ndoumbou partisan du report, l'unique dame à la tête d'une Ligue de Football au Gabon est passée comme une lettre à la poste pour un second mandat lors de l'assemblée générale organisée samedi à Port-Gentil.
Le rapport de force entre Ndoumbou le Président de terre de foot, fervent défenseur des statuts et les autres n'a pas eu lieu dans les urnes pour le renouvellement du Comité Exécutif de l'une des plus grandes ligues du pays.
Sur les 10 délégués dans la salle, la présidente sortante, candidate unique a obtenu 100% des suffrages. Un scrutin à main levée comme le prévoit l'article 26 des statuts de la Ligue " le vote peut se faire à bulletin secret ou à main levée". Dans le cas d'espèce, les délégués ont en toute transparence procédé au vote pour définir le mode d'élection. Il ressort que 8 des 10 délégués contre 2 ont choisi le vote à main levée comme c'est la pratique dans les instances internationales en cas de candidature unique.
Madame Robacky a été réélue à l'unanimité des délégués. Elle qui a placé le nouveau mandat sous le signe de la réconciliation s'est finalement servie de la souveraineté de l'assemblée générale pour démontrer que les débats posés avaient des agendas autres que sportifs.

En toute transparence, les délégués ont pris la peine de voter le mode du scrutin. Il s'avère que 8 délégués contre 2 ont opté pour un scrutin à main levée. Donc, il n'y a rien de nouveau dans la pratique. La souveraineté de l'assemblée générale a finalement tranché.
Il convient de rappeler en la matière que le Président de la CAF candidat unique le 12 mars 2021 a été élu dans ces conditions.
Même scenario pour le Président de la FIFA Gianni Infantino qui a été réélu dans les mêmes conditions en 2019.Donc, cette question ne devrait pas être au centre des débats pour ceux qui prétendent suivre le football international. Évoquer la commission d'éthique de la FIFA c'est remettre en cause les élections dans ces institutions elles-mêmes qui ont plus opté pour ce mode d'élection à main levée du reste prévu dans les statuts.
