En grève depuis plusieurs jours, le personnel de Gras Savoye exige le départ de Cédric Chevaly. Selon les agents réunis en collectif, ce dernier serait incompétent. Ils exigent la nationalisation du poste de Directeur général.
Il y a deux ans déjà, le personnel de cette entité d’assurance avait organisé un mouvement de grève, pour dénoncer les agissements du Cédric Chevaly. Si, entre-temps, les employés étaient revenus à des meilleurs sentiments, en suspendant leur mouvement de grève, les tensions avec la direction générale ne s’étaient pour autant pas évanouies. La principale revendication : le départ de l’actuel manager, Cédric Chevaly. Dans la correspondance envoyée au Conseil d’administration de Gras Savoye, les agents indiquent : « Chers membres, il est impérieux que vous vous penchiez, sérieusement, sur les compétences managériales, et même générales du gérant placé à la tête de cette société depuis cinq ans », peut-on lire dans le document parcouru par la presse.
Pour les agents, Cédric Chevaly ne serait pas à la hauteur des attentes des clients et ferait quasiment preuve d’incompétence dans la gestion des hommes : « Sa gestion catastrophique, qui a fini par plomber les chiffres de la société, et son comportement envers les employés et les clients détériorent, au quotidien, non seulement les relations professionnelles avec les employés, mais aussi nuit gravement aux rapports avec la clientèle, pourtant mamelle essentielle de cette société ».
Ce n’est pas tout. Le Français serait accusé d’être l’auteur d’une gestion opaque des finances de l’entreprise. Ils en veulent, pour preuve, le décor désastreux des bâtiments qu’abritent les bureaux de Gras Savoye, tant à Libreville qu’à Port Gentil. « Pour toutes ces raisons, dont la plus parlante est la question de la survie de la société, nous appelons, de tous nos vœux, à la non-reconduction du mandat de l’actuel gérant à son poste. Sans quoi, cette société sombrerait, définitivement, jusqu’à sa fermeture. Pareille situation laisserait penser que vous pourriez être co-auteurs ou complices de la mise au chômage de ces mères et pères de famille, à la suite de la perte de leurs emplois respectifs ».
Sauf qu’en dépit de cette correspondance envoyée par le personnel, le conseil d’administration est resté sans réponse.
