La cérémonie de présentation de voeux au siège du Parti à Lalala dans la ville de Libreville.
Les cadres, militants et sympathisants du Rassemblement des Patriotes Républicains (RPR) se sont réunis le samedi 20 janvier courant à leur siège de Lalala à l'occasion de la cérémonie de présentation des vœux au président de cette formation politique, le patriote Jean François Ntoutoum Émane. Au cours de cette cérémonie marquée par une mobilisation remarquable de ses membres, le leader du RPR a invité l'ensemble de ses troupes à la mobilisation. Ce fut aussi le cas pour les militants de réaffirmer leur attachement aux idées prônées par le parti.
C'est quasiment une tradition au RPR qu'à chaque début d'année, les militants adressent à leur président des vœux de nouvel an. Un rendez-vous qui a été respecté cette année, bien que le pays soit en période exceptionnelle avec l'arrivée des militaires au pouvoir. Parmi les intervenants, les jeunes du RPR se sont adressés à leur président dans un discours d'espoir marqué, selon ces derniers, par des avancées considérables en termes de mobilisation et de cohésion au sein de cette formation politique. « Conscients d'avoir travailler ensemble pour ces avancées, nous voilà aujourd'hui marcher avec assurance et détermination en quête d’autres acquis et de nouvelles prouesses », s'est satisfait le représentant des jeunes.
Même point de vue pour le délégué provincial : « Monsieur le Président, vous pouvez nous faire confiance, car le terrain est propice à l’éclosion de nos membres. Afin de faire de notre parti, une force politique de premier plan », a lancé Alain Manfoumbi, délégué provincial.
Répondant aux messages de ses militants, Jean François Ntoutoum Émane a, en son nom et au nom de sa famille, présenté les vœux de nouvel an aux militants de son parti avant de se prononcer sur la vie actuelle du parti et les perspectives de celui-ci. Conscient de ce que le pays soit en période transitoire, le leader du RPR est brièvement revenu sur les évènements du 30 août dernier, date à laquelle le pouvoir d'Ali Bongo a été renversé par le Général de Brigade Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema et ses hommes.
« Avant le 30 Août 2023, nous étions devenus des êtres sans dignité. Nous étions devenus des êtres accablés par la honte, par l'indignité. Maintenant je pense que les gabonais sont devenus vrais, dignes, fiers d'être gabonais. Et nous disons merci au général Oligui Nguema », a indiqué Jean François Ntoutoum Émane.
Poursuivant son propos, l'ancien premier ministre d'Omar Bongo a réitère l'engagement de son parti à accompagner le CTRI dans l'exercice de ses fonctions. Sauf que cet accompagnement ne peut être fait que si cette formation politique est mieux structurée. Pour celà le RPR prévoit organiser une série de missions à l'intérieur du pays pour non seulement procéder à la structuration des équipes provinciales mais également doter les sièges provinciaux du matériel bureautique et autres matériels visant à améliorer les conditions de travail dans les sièges. La première étape débutera dans quelques semaines par la province du Woleu-Ntem, a-t-il annoncé.
