Les membres de l'association.
La famille associative du département de Tsamba-Magotsi, dans la province de la Ngounié, vient d'enregistrer dans ses rangs, une nouvelle plateforme dénommée, association du regroupement Kouagna pour la restauration et le développement (ARKORD). Le bureau directoire a été présenté aux ressortissants de ce département, le 5 mars dernier, au cours d'une sortie officielle organisée à Libreville.

En présence de nombreux cadres issus du département de Tsamba-Magotsi, précisément du deuxième siège, l'association du regroupement Kouagna pour la restauration et le développement ARKORD, a fait sa sortie officielle, le samedi 5 mars 2022 à Libreville. Occasion pour les membres de cette plateforme de présenter les objectifs de l'association et le plan d'action qu'ils comptent mener dans les mois à venir.
Animé par la volonté de promouvoir la culture associative dans la localité tout en posant des actions qui participent au développement de la localité, l’association veut aussi fédérer les ressortisants de Tsamba-Magotsi.
« Chers frères et sœurs, chers parents, chers invités nous vous remercions pour avoir répondu à l'appel de l'ARKORD, votre association, notre association à tous [...] Nous appelons à une franche collaboration entre acteurs associatifs et politiques pour atteindre les objectifs auxquels nous nous sommes fixés. Ensemble retroussons nos manches afin d’aplanir les obstacles qui entravent le développement. Mettons nous au travail et contribuons à l’essor des localités comme le le Canton Sindara et le District d’Ikobey», a exhorté le président, Vivien Nzockou Mbombet lors de son discours circonstanciel.
Après le discours du président s'en est suivie la présentation détaillée du bilan des activités de l'année écoulée. Une tâche qui a été exécutée par Yan Darlis Moueyi, rapporteur général et Serge Mikoket, représentant des sages. Aussi, faut-il rappeler que l'ARKORD est un mouvement apolitique à but non lucratif. Créée le 30 janvier 2021, cette structure associative prône l’unité, la cohésion des filles et fils du regroupement Kouagna ainsi que le développement de l'ensemble du siège.
Rodrigue Tessa Mouanga, réagissant au nom des cadres de la localité, a loué l'initiative et le courage du président fondateur. Même chose pour Francis Mokambo et Garcin Massandé respectivement présidents des structures OKANI et EVAMBAH.
