Objet : Pratiques malveillantes au sein de l'établissement privé DJOUE DABANY.
Madame le ministre,
À l'heure ou le Président du CTRI Chef de l'État de la République gabonaise promeut le changement de mentalité par le civisme dans l'administration gabonaise en général, force est de constater que certains préfèrent la malveillance qu'au changement. C’est le cas ici du lycée DJOUE DABANY ou certains enseignants des sciences physiques, biologie et mathématiques exigent le paiement de leurs fascicules qui subordonneraient la poursuite des cours du dit établissement.
Il y a eu de souligner que cette pratique de vente de cours sous forme de fascicules était monnaie courante au sein des universités et grandes écoles du Gabon par certains enseignants, mais qui, aujourd'hui à été interdite par les autorités de notre pays en ce sens que les enseignants sont payés chaque fin du mois fruits de leur travail d'enseignant et ne peuvent en aucun cas établir des fascicules sous forme de cours pour contraindre les étudiants à les acheter.
En réalité, ce qui se passe au sein du lycée DJOUE DABANY est une pure pratique de sorcellerie, non seulement le Président du CTRI Chef de l'État de la République gabonaise dès sa prise du pouvoir avait pris un arrêté de la gratuité des inscriptions dans tous les établissements publics, privée laïc et conventionnelle, force est de constater que cette mesure n'a pas été appliquée au sein dudit établissement ou les parents continuent de débourser des sommes d'argent pour les élèves orientés par l'État lors des inscriptions.
Madame le ministre, ces enseignants véreux ayant des comportements rétrogrades, ont menacé les élèves n'ayant pas acheter leurs fascicules de ne plus assister aux cours d'ici la fin du mois du 30 octobre 2023 et ont promis d'arrêter de suspendre les cours pour faute d'achat de leurs fascicules .
Madame le ministre, eu égard à cette attitude dégradante qui va en l'encontre de votre politique d'une école pour tous et les défavorisés, nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi ses enseignants du lycée DJOUE DABANY peuvent agir de la sorte dans la mesure où ils sont payés au frais de paiement de la scolarité des élèves au sein du dit établissement, c'est ici madame le ministre l'occasion pour nous de condamner avec fermeté ces pratiques peu orthodoxe qui n'honorent pas à l'image du développement de notre pays et aux valeurs actuelles du changement de mentalité prônées par le chef de l'État le Président du CTRI.
Nous vous prions de bien vouloir mener des audits dans cet établissement et partout ailleurs pour canaliser ce genre de pratique.
