Cet enseignant d’histoire-géographie de formation, détenteur d’un Certificat d’Aptitude au Professorat du Second Degré (CAPES), n’a pas été capable, pendant près de deux heures, d’expliquer sur le plateau de télévision les grands chantiers du processus de régularisation des situations administratives des agents publics. Ne parlons pas de la question des recrutements, de la situation des retraités, du bilan des recensements des effectifs…ce ministre a été évasif sur toutes les problématiques alors que les gabonais accrochés à leurs postes de télévision attendaient des réponses limpides et pertinentes.
Adepte invétéré de la langue de bois, Ngazouzé a donné l’impression qu’il ne maîtrisait aucun de ses dossiers. Perdu dans les nuages, c’est à juste titre qu’il s’est fait dégommer par Pierre Mintsa sur toutes les questions soulevées. On aurait dit, en regardant cette émission, que le syndicaliste était mieux instruit des problématiques tant avec beaucoup de clarté il a exposé sur la réalité. Pour exemple, Mintsa a démontré (chiffres à l’appui s’il vous plait) la chienlit dans laquelle l’ancien régime avait plongé le Gabon sur la question des allocations provisoires d’attente allouées aux retraités depuis 2015 en violation des textes en vigueur. Voilà 8 ans que des pères et des mères de familles vivent avec une prépension alors que celle-ci n’est instituée que pour une période de 3 mois. Allez-y comprendre.
Mais à y regarder de près, au-delà de cette incompétence manifeste du ministre, pouvait-on attendre autre chose d’une personnalité politique qui a été lui même solidaire de cette situation ? Ngazouzé pouvait-il venir dire, à la face du monde, que son prédécesseur, Madeleine Berre, avait foutu le bordel au point qu’aujourd’hui la situation soit devenue explosive à tous les niveaux. Ce ministre pouvait-il se permettre de dénoncer la mauvaise gestion du pays par le régime dont il fut lui-même membre ?
Du reste, Ngazouzé a prouvé qu’il n’était pas au niveau pour être dans ce gouvernement. Il n’est donc pas trop tard pour rectifier le tir, car le Gabon regorge de compétences à rechercher ailleurs que dans l’écurie PDG.

Nous sommes en général très déçus par la qualité des réponses et explications que le ministre en charge de la fonction publique a donné aux gabonais que nous sommes. Vous êtes à la tête d'un ministère public qui a le regard de tous les fonctionnaires et postulants gabonais. Je oense que l'occasion etait donnée au ministre de faire le point de l'existant et d'apporter des précisions sur les attzntes des gabonais tout en rassirant le plus grand nombre la possibilité de sortir les gabonais du doute qui plane leurs esprits.
