Une vue de la rencontre entre Oligui Nguema et l'OGA.
C’est un projet d’envergure qui va donner une autre image à la capitale du Gabon. A l’occasion d’une rencontre entre le président de la Transition, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema et l’Ordre gabonais des architectes (OGA), le projet de la construction de Libreville 2 a été abordé. Ledit projet, a relevé l’OGA, intègre la création de plusieurs infrastructures routières et aéroportuaires, notamment la voie de contournement de Libreville et la construction du nouvel aéroport à Andem.
« Il a s’agit de parler des projets d’envergures, des projets nous menant vers la création de davantage d’infrastructures notamment la création de Libreville 2, la création des voies de contournement. Libreville ne va plus être la seule poche actuelle, elle va s’étendre jusqu’à Ayem et Ntoum » a expliqué Jean Noël Ngokouba, Secrétaire général du Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre gabonais des architectes.
Non sans rajouter que cette rencontre a été également l’occasion de parler de la création du nouvel aéroport qui a été tant de fois retardée. « Son excellence le général Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema voudrait que cet aéroport se fasse dans les meilleurs délais. » , a indiqué Jean Noël Ngokouba.

Franchement il faut éviter la distraction, vous êtes arrivés au trône sans projet et nous savons votre unique volonté c'était se débarrasser d'Ali. Et d' ailleurs nous avons tous adheré à ce magnifique plan qui nous fait tous du bien aujourd'hui après 2 mois. Donc après ce pilotage a vu, on revient tranquillement avec sagesse sur terre et on suit et on guide la conférence nationale , je dis bien la conférence nationale et non autre chose afin qu'on n'a boutisse pas seulement au partages des postes! Pour consolider les acquis de cette conférence nationale donc les bases essentielles de notre vivre ensemble, on convoque un dialogue nationale dans lequel chaque partie où visionnaire pourrait proposer un projet de développement de nos villes gabonaises et le futur Président élu devrait s'inspirer... parce qu'il aura sans doute les moyens de l'Etat.
Donc on a de très gros problèmes dans les besoins de base d'un pays, l'eau et l'électricité notamment, les routes qui manquent partout dans le pays et c'est un nouvel aéroport qu'on veut construire. Ce sont des projets intéressants mais c'est une honte que de tablée dessus maintenant. Alors qu'on doit faire assoir la seeg et les TP pour voir c'est quoi le réel problème.
