La société Synohydro tente, par tous les moyens, de faire main basse sur la mine de Bakamba dans le département de la Lekoko ( Haut-Ogooué). Trafic d’influence, violation de la loi, arrangements opaques…, la société chinoise use des moyens peu orthodoxe pour récupérer l’exploitation d’un site dont la SGTP Mines a obtenu, de façon légale, le permis d’exploitation depuis deux ans. Conséquence, les turpitudes de l’administration gabonaise ne s’auraient être imputées à la SGTP Mines qui attend depuis un an ce document pour entrer en activité.
Comment peut-on accuser la SGTP de n’avoir pas mis en valeur la mine alors qu’elle attendait un document pour se conformer à la loi ? Mieux, comment expliquer que la société chinoise soit autorisée à déployer ses engins alors qu’elle ne dispose toujours pas des documents légaux ? Des questions qui mettent au grand jour les collusions occultes entre le gouverneur et Synohydro. Evidement, personne n’irait jusqu’à affirmer que Denis Tsanga a touché du « bakchich » pour mener cette opération de soutien administratif et de communication en faveur des chinois.
Il faut rappeller que dans cette affaire, la SGTP Mines a obtenu depuis le 30 décembre 2021, du ministère des Mines, l’autorisation temporaire d’exploitation de la carrière granitoide N°G2-418. Laquelle autorisation lui a été attribuée pour 3 ans.
