Au sortir de cette rencontre fructueuse, les deux parties ont convenu de repartir à la table de négociation, afin de maintenir la sérénité au sein de l'entreprise minière.
Le 30 novembre dernier, un collectif des syndicats de la Compagnie minière de l’Ogooué (STRIMM, SINATIX, SYMIGA, SYLTRAC, SMIC et SYNAC) a déposé un préavis de grève sur la table Leod Paul Batolo, l’administrateur directeur général de la société filiale du groupe français Eramet. Dans leur cahier de charges, les syndicats exigent des solutions aux revendications concernant le Plan d’Accession à la Propriété (PAP), les plans de carrière, les licenciements, les conséquences managériales, le rapport social demandé à la direction générale par les syndicats, les mises à disposition, le recrutement de la main-d’œuvre étrangère, ainsi que les décisions unilatérales prises par l’ADG sans oublier les acquis perdus qui impactent le capital humain.
Sauf qu’aucune n’a été trouvé jusqu’alors aux exigences du personnel. Lequel menace désormais de paralyser l’ensemble des activités d’exploitation de l’entreprise au Gabon. Comment sortir de cette crise ? Le ministre de tutelle, Hervé Patrick Opiangah le lundi 11 décembre une réunion visant à appeler les deux parties à l’apaisement et à la négociation.
« En effet, après les échanges avec le ministre, les deux parties ont été invitées à repartir sur la table de discussion pour élaguer les différents points contenus dans le préavis de grève. » souligne à cet effet, la cellule communication du ministère des Mines.
Une initiative saluée par Constant Lembissa, leader syndical : « Nous sommes satisfaits, car nous savons qu'au cours de ces échanges, le Ministre nous a écouté attentivement. Nous savons que si la direction générale ne respecte pas ses engagements, nous reviendrons auprès du ministre pour arbitrage».
De son côté, la direction générale de Comilog, par la voix de son administrateur directeur général, Leod Paul BATOLO, a dit rester ouverte aux discussions avec les partenaires sociaux. « Nous avons toujours été ouverts aux discussions. La preuve, en 2023, nous sommes à la 24eme réunion avec les partenaires sociaux. En 2022, nous en étions à 20 réunions. Avec 44 réunions en 2 ans, on ne peut pas dire qu’il n y a pas de dialogue social. Nous continuerons à discuter avec nos partenaires sociaux pour la sérénité et le bon fonctionnement de notre entreprise. Normalement ça devrait aller. Nous ne pourrons pas satisfaire toutes les revendications, mais nous discuterons, nous avancerons des arguments en fonction de celles recevables ou pas», a affirmé l’Administrateur directeur général de la Comilog.
