Le Contre-Amiral Mounguet Ingoule pourra-t-il sauver du chaos la CNNII ?

En l’absence de navires propres à la CNNII, Carl Ngueba a poursuivi la politique de location des appareils coûteux, propriétés des entités privées étrangères. Ce qui a concouru à plomber le budget de la boîte, ce alors qu’un montant de près d’un milliard de Fcfa avait été alloué par l’Etat pour la réparation des navires. Lors du mouvement de grève initié en août dernier, les agents dénonçaient 17 mois de salaires impayés en plus de leurs paiements de manière séquencée. Non sans fustiger l’absence du minimum nécessaire de travail (encre et équipements de protection individuelle (Epi). En plus du non-reversement des cotisations CNSS et la CNAMGS. Au point de décider de paralyser l’ensemble de la boîte. Et comme si cette situation n’était pas déjà assez désastreuse, les agents accusaient la direction générale de procéder à des recrutements, alors que la même direction avait du mal à faire face aux exigences salariales des agents actuellement en poste.
Incapable de trouver des solutions définitives à ce qui s’apparente à un chaos.
