Une vue de la cérémonie.
A l’occasion de la cérémonie officielle tenue le 1er décembre 2023 à l’hôtel Boulevard d’Owendo, Sobraga a décoré des médailles du travail 72 de ses agents totalisant 10 à 30 ans d’expérience, en présence de la ministre du Travail, Solange NGUIAKIE.
C’est une cuvée de médaillés exceptionnels. Cette année, 72 agents de la Société des brasseries du Gabon ont reçu officiellement leurs médailles de travail à l’occasion de la cérémonie officielle qui s’est déroulée le 1er décembre 2023 à l’hôtel Boulevard d’Owendo, en présence de la nouvelle ministre du Travail et de la Lutte contre le Chômage, Solange NGUIAKIE.
Ce sont au total 59 employés qui ont été décorés de la médaille de bronze, récompensant 10 années de bons et loyaux services. Leur engagement dans leurs fonctions respectives a été salué par le Directeur Général, Fabrice Bonatti, qui dans son discours de circonstance a souligné leur contribution au développement de l’entreprise, ainsi que «la création d’une culture d’excellence et d’esprit de famille ».
10 agents ont été décorés de la médaille d’argent couronnant les 20 années de service à Sobraga. « 20 ans marquent une période de transformation et de réussite continue pour notre entreprise » souligne Fabrice Bonatti. « Vous incarnez la persévérance et l’expertise qui ont propulsé Sobraga vers de nouveaux sommets » a-t-il ajouté.
Enfin, 2 médailles d’or ont été décernées, célébrant les 30 années d’ancienneté, aux « véritables caciques » de l’entreprise. « Votre dévouement indéfectible est une source d’inspiration pour nous tous » a déclaré le Directeur Général, avant de conclure en rappelant que « notre réussite collective repose sur l’engagement et la passion de chaque membre de la famille Sobraga ».
« Nous ne devons pas les oublier et nous devons nous engager à faire en sorte que cela ne se reproduise plus » a déclaré M. Bonatti, expliquant que « la direction de Sobraga est fermement engagée à cultiver un environnement où chaque voix compte, où chaque préoccupation est écoutée et où chaque idée contribue à façonner un avenir commun ».
Le dialogue social à Sobraga est en effet pris en exemple depuis de nombreuses années, avec d’importants acquis et une paix sociale durable entretenue depuis plus d’un quart de siècle. Le contexte favorable a permis à Sobraga de relever tous les défis pour devenir le leader de l’industrie nationale qu’elle est aujourd’hui avec ses 6 sites de production certifiés répartis dans 5 des 9 provinces du Gabon.
Une réussite rendue possible par les efforts et l’abnégation des agents, qui grâce à de longues et belles carrières au sein de l’entreprise, permettent à Sobraga de concrétiser sa vision d’être l’entreprise préférée des Gabonais et un acteur régional de référence dans le management de la qualité, la capacité d’innovation et l’engagement citoyen.
