Faciliter l’accès à la propriété pour le plus grand nombre, c’est l’objectif que poursuit la Caisse de dépôt et de consignation (CDC) à travers le projet d’aménagement urbain de Movingui à Okalassi dans la commune de Ntoum. Le mercredi 25 octobre dernier, le ministre de l’Economie et des Participations, Mays Mouissi, a effectué une visite de terrain pour s’enquérir du niveau d’évolution de cet important projet.
Le membre du gouvernement a été rassuré par ce qu’il a vu. Mays Mouissi s’est d’ailleurs dit satisfait du niveau d’exécution des travaux et a exhorté la direction de la CDC à maintenir le cap afin que le projet arrive, le plus rapidement, à son terme. Ce, afin que les gabonais puissent en profiter.
Il faut relever que ce projet vise à mettre à la disposition des couches sociales gabonaises les plus modestes des terrains avec titres fonciers entièrement aménagés (terrassement, routes d’accès, raccordement en eau et électricité).

Nous espérons que le concept de "couches sociales les plus modestes"est bien circonscrit et les critères de ceux ou celles qui font partie de ce groupe sont identifiés et qu'ils peuvent être éligibles, financièrement , pour acquérir ce titre foncier.

L'initiative est très belle et louable, mais à qui seront attribués ces terrains? Les choses du Gabon c'est toujours à la tête du client. C'est qui le gabonais modeste qui doit bénéficier? Et le gabonais non modeste?
Je voudrais savoir, la CDC a-t-elle pour mission de construire des logements sociaux aux gabonais ? Pourquoi le trésor public ne joue t’il pas le même rôle puisqu’il s’agit d’une autre caisse de l’état ?
