Sorti de prison à la faveur d'une liberté provisoire il y a quelques mois, Ghislain Moussavou a immédiatement regagné son poste de directeur général des Forêts. A la désolation des exploitants forestiers qui exigeaient que ce protégé du ministre Lee White soit au moins démis de ses fonctions après le scandale qui l’a envoyé séjourner à la prison centrale de Libreville.
Et comme il fallait s’y attendre, les récriminations portant sur sa gestion des dossiers se font déjà entendre. Pour preuve cette affaire qui oppose depuis quelques mois la direction générale des Forêts à une opératrice du secteur. En plus de la location des engins et la mobilisation des travailleurs pour la récupération du bois, dame Mounanga estime avoir dépensé plus de 100 millions de Fcfa.
Seulement voilà, une fois la vente opérée et les fonds délaissés au bénéfice de l'administration forestière dame Mounganga Evelyne va se rendre compte, en se rendant sur les sites indiqués, qu’il n’y avait pas de bois. Les parcs étaient totalement vides. Face à ce qui ressemble à une vaste opération d’escroquerie, l’opératrice menace d’ester Ghislain Moussavou et les siens en justice.
Pour éviter les poursuites judiciaires, la direction générale des Forêts aurait proposé à la plaignante un compromis en lui permettant d'aller prendre les volumes de bois qu'elle trouverait saisi dans n'importe quel parc.
A sa sorti de prison, Ghislain Moussavou qui avait pourtant supervisé les opérations de cette vente mafieuse aurait tout simplement décidé de remettre en cause les contours de cet arrangement parce que le bois saisi et admis en compensation au bénéfice de dame Mounganga Evelyne se trouve être celui d'une exploitation illégale entretenue par un opérateur chinois du nom de Paul.

Ces dernières semaines, l’affaire a pris une autre tournure puisque se sentant abusée, dame Mounganga a porté l’affaire auprès de la Police judiciaire. Les premières investigations et auditions révèlent que l’entreprise chinoise qui s’oppose à la récupération du bois exerce de manière totalement illégale dans la zone de Sindara. Ce, avec l’approbation de la direction générale des Forêts. Ghislain Moussavou entendu dans cette affaire prétend que la dame aurait déjà récupéré assez de bois correspondant aux 40 millions dépensés. Ce qui est loin d’être le cas.
