L' actuel ministre de la Justice n'a jamais pu s'imposer comme un homme politique de poids à Lambaréné.
Le président de la République, Chef de l'Etat, va se rendre dans cette province où le mécontentement est réel, en raison de l'irrespect des équilibres au plan géopolitique. Va-t-il y délivrer un discours rassurant et rassembleur ou faire du populisme et augmenter l'ire des populations ?
Les réunions se succèdent à grande vitesse, depuis un moment, en vue de préparer l'arrivée prochaine du Général-Président Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema à Lambaréné. Les nouveaux ministres sont à la manœuvre : Paul-Marie Ndjambiempolo Gondjout, Hervé Ndoume Essingone et Nadine Natalie Awanang, épouse Anoto. Ce sont ces novices, sans état de service politique éloquent, qui sont chargés de préparer le séjour migovéen du Président de la République.
Si Ndjambiempolo Gondjout s'est maintes fois essayé de se faire élire Député de la commune de Lambaréné sans succès, son seul lot de consolation de Conseiller municipal, depuis plus de dix ans, ne fait pas de lui un homme politique de grande envergure dans la commune. Même s'il a fait scission d'avec l'UN de Paulette Missambo, pour créer l'UNI, afin d'essayer de mettre vainement à mal la dynamique impulsée par Alternance 2023, Ndjambiempolo Gondjout et son invisible UNI ne sauraient peser lourd dans la commune.
C’est la même chose pour Hervé Ndoume Essingone et Nadine Natalie Awanang épouse Anoto. Deux bleus sans véritables assises tant à Lambaréné qu'à Ndjolé. Que dire de Guy Rossatanga Rignault, SG de la présidence de la République et du Général Roger Bibaye Itandas, actuel Délégué special en charge de la mairie de Lambaréné. Le dernier cité bénéficie d'un petit capital de popularité, pour avoir permis à la société Trans'ub de s'installer à Lambaréné, lors de son passage éphémère à la tête du ministère des Transports.
Comment Oligui Nguema espère-t-il séduire les populations avec cet attelage ? Il faut dire que, depuis le coup de liberté du 30 août dernier, la chute du régime PDG a entraîné, de facto, celle de ses cadres les plus influents de la province. Les deux O, à savoir Onouviet et Ogouma sont quasiment invisibles de la scène politique. Si le premier s'occupe de la gestion de ses affaires, le second, quant à lui, fait office de deuxième personnalité au CESE. Les Amazones des bords de l'Ogooué, Denise Mekamne Edzidzi, épouse Taty, Jeanine-Nicole Roboty, épouse Mbou, et Madeleine-Edmée Berre sont elles aussi à la touche.
Or, dans cette province, rien ne peut se faire sans les deux O. Deux crocodiles bien connus du marécage politique migovéen. Les ignorer, comme le font les trois bleus du gouvernement, est un risque majeur qu'ils prennent.
Ce n'est un secret pour personne que le Général-Président Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema est en repérage dans la province du Moyen-Ogooué, en vue de prendre son pouls. Les souffleurs de l'ombre, qui gravitent autour de lui, seraient pourtant bien inspirés de lui faire de bonnes fiches, en tenant compte des fameux équilibres géopolitiques, qui firent florès sous Georges Rawiri, histoire de ne pas créer des frustrations inutiles.
Les Mériè se sentent ostracisés
Dans cette province frondeuse, les Mériè se sentent ostracisés. Au cœur de la galaxie politique actuelle, aucun clin d'œil ne leur a été fait. Et pourtant, personne n'ignore leur poids démographique dans cette province. Du reste, Zita Oligui Nguema, l'épouse du Président de la République y compte des parents. Particulièrement dans le deuxième arrondissement, au quartier Isaac. Et que dire du chaudron du quartier Adouma, qui a souvent donné le ton de la rébellion à l'entrée de la commune ?
Pour rappel, il faut noter que pour avoir volontairement rompu le fil des équilibres géopolitiques dans la province du Moyen-Ogooué, Ali Bongo Ondimba y a mordu la poussière en 2009 et 2016. En compulsant les résultats de la dernière élection présidentielle de 2023, on n'est pas loin du même fiasco.
Oligui Nguema devrait donc en tenir compte et corriger, au plus vite, ces erreurs. Et surtout revoir l'attelage actuel sur lequel il compte, mais qui ne pèse pas lourd.
